Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 26-4 (Composition and Operation of the Committee for Deliberation on the Disclosure of Information on Defaulters on Amounts Collectible for Unjust Enrichment)

① 부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명의 위원으로 구성한다.

(1) The^ð더 Committee커미티 for^f포 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 on안 the^ð더 Disclosure디스클로우저 of어^v브 Information인^f퍼메이션 on안 Defaulters디^f폴터즈 on안 Amounts어마운츠 Collectible컬렉터블 for^f포 Unjust언저스트 Enrichment엔^r리치먼트 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 nine나인 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 부당이득징수금체납정보공개심의위원회의 위원장은 공단의 임원 중 해당 업무를 담당하는 상임이사가 되고, 위원은 공단의 이사장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다.
