Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 47 (Grounds for Not Providing Data on Defaults or Dispositions of Uncollectible Amounts)

① 법 제81조의3제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 법 제82조제1항에 따라 공단의 분할납부 승인을 받고 1회 이상 승인된 보험료를 납부하는 경우를 말한다. 다만, 법 제82조제3항에 따라 분할납부의 승인이 취소된 경우는 제외한다. <신설 2024.1.2>
