Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 62-2 (Dismissal and Removal of Members of the Dispute Mediation Committee)

보건복지부장관은 제62조제1항 각 호에 따른 분쟁조정위원회 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 분쟁조정위원회 위원을 해임하거나 해촉할 수 있다.
