Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 69-3 (Support for Questioning, Inspection, Investigation, and Verification Work)

보건복지부장관은 법 제97조제7항에 따라 공단 또는 심사평가원으로 하여금 같은 조 제1항부터 제5항까지의 규정에 따른 질문ㆍ검사ㆍ조사ㆍ확인 업무를 지원하게 하려는 경우에는 공단 또는 심사평가원에 다음 각 호의 사항을 미리 통보해야 한다.
