② 국내체류 외국인등은 법 제109조제6항 본문에서 준용하는 법 제5조에 따라 같은 조 제3항에서 정한 날(사망, 부양자의 직장가입자 자격상실 또는 의료급여를 받는 경우만 해당한다)에 피부양자의 자격을 잃는다. 다만, 법 제109조제6항 단서에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날에도 그 자격을 잃는다. <개정 2019.6.11>
