국민건강보험법 시행령 제76조의6(외국인에 대한 급여제한의 예외사유)

① 공단은 법 제109조제11항에 따라 별표 6의2의 체류자격이 있는 지역가입자인 국내체류 외국인이 월별 보험료의 총 체납횟수(이미 납부된 체납보험료는 총 체납횟수에서 제외하며, 보험료의 체납기간은 고려하지 않는다)가 3회 미만인 경우에는 보험급여를 실시할 수 있다.

② 별표 6의2의 체류자격이 있는 지역가입자인 국내체류 외국인이 법 제109조제10항 전단에 따라 보험급여가 제한되는 기간에 받은 보험급여는 공단이 해당 급여를 받은 사실이 있음을 가입자에게 통지한 날부터 2개월이 지난 날이 속한 달의 납부기한 이내에 체납된 보험료를 완납한 경우에는 보험급여로 인정한다.
