National Health Insurance Act, Article 24 (Automatic Retirement and Dismissal of Officers)

① 임원이 제23조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 되거나 임명 당시 그에 해당하는 사람으로 확인되면 그 임원은 당연퇴임한다.
