Enforcement Decree of the National Basic Living Security Act, Article 26-3 (Sources of the Fund)

① 기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다. <개정 2015.4.20>

② 국가는 기금의 재원 확충을 위하여 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다) 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2019.7.16>
