국민기초생활 보장법 시행령 제27조의2(소위원회)

① 중앙생활보장위원회에 상정할 안건의 효율적인 검토를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 중앙생활보장위원회에 분야별로 소위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 분야별 소위원회는 소위원회 위원장을 포함하여 13명 이내의 위원으로 구성하며, 소위원회 위원장은 중앙생활보장위원회 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 위원 중에서 지명한다.

③ 분야별 소위원회의 위원은 위원장이 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 전문분야, 성별 등을 고려하여 위촉하거나 임명한다.
