국민기초생활 보장법 시행령 제33조(간사)

① 각 위원회의 서무를 처리하기 위하여 각 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 각 위원회를 두는 기관의 장이 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다.

② 제1항에 따른 간사는 각 위원회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
