국민기초생활 보장법 제29조(급여의 변경)

① 보장기관은 수급자의 소득ㆍ재산ㆍ근로능력 등이 변동된 경우에는 직권으로 또는 수급자나 그 친족, 그 밖의 관계인의 신청에 의하여 그에 대한 급여의 종류ㆍ방법 등을 변경할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 급여의 변경은 산출 근거 등 이유를 구체적으로 밝혀 서면으로 수급자에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
