국민연금법 시행령 제11조(국민연금의 재정계산 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제4조제2항 본문에 따라 매 5년이 되는 해의 3월 31일까지 법 제101조에 따른 국민연금기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 재정계산을 하고, 국민연금 재정 전망 및 연금보험료 조정 등을 포함한 국민연금 운영 전반에 관한 계획을 수립하여 국민연금심의위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거친 후 대통령의 승인을 받아 해당 연도 10월 31일까지 국회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2021.6.29, 2025.6.25>

② 보건복지부장관은 국민연금 재정 전망 등을 포함한 국민연금 운영 전반에 관한 계획을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 등록한 일반일간신문 1개 이상 및 경제 분야 특수일간신문 1개 이상에 각각 공시하거나 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공시해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.27, 2010.3.15, 2020.11.24>
