국민연금심의위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
