국민연금법 시행령 제25조의5(실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입에 따른 연금보험료의 지원범위 등)

① 법 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따른 연금보험료의 지원범위는 같은 항 전단에 따른 연금보험료의 4분의 3의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

② 법 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따라 일반회계, 법 제101조에 따른 국민연금기금 및 「고용보험법」 제78조에 따른 고용보험기금에서 부담하는 비율은 보건복지부장관과 고용노동부장관이 협의하여 정한다.
