국민연금법 시행령 제38조의3(급여수급전용계좌의 신청 방법 및 절차 등)

① 법 제54조의2제1항에 따라 급여를 급여수급전용계좌로 받으려는 사람은 급여의 지급청구서(노령연금 재지급 신청서 및 유족연금 수급권 변경 신고서를 포함한다)에 급여수급전용계좌의 계좌번호를 적어 공단에 제출하여야 한다. 급여수급전용계좌를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 공단은 수급자가 급여수급전용계좌를 개설한 금융기관이 폐업, 업무정지 또는 정보통신 문제 등으로 정상영업이 불가능하거나 이에 준하는 불가피한 사유로 급여를 이체할 수 없는 경우에 수급자의 신청에 따라 다른 금융기관의 급여수급전용계좌로 변경하여 지급하여야 한다. 다만, 다른 금융기관의 급여수급전용계좌를 개설할 수 없고 수급자가 희망하는 경우에는 공단이 지정하는 금융기관을 통하여 현금으로 지급할 수 있다.
