국민연금법 시행령 제64조(연금보험료 등의 독촉)

① 건강보험공단은 법 제95조제1항에 따라 사업장가입자의 연금보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 납부를 독촉할 때에는 납부 기한이 지난 후 20일 이내에 해당 사업장가입자의 사용자에게 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>

② 건강보험공단은 법 제95조제1항에 따라 지역가입자의 연금보험료와 그에 따른 징수금의 납부를 독촉할 때에는 납부 기한이 지난 후 3개월 이내에 해당 가입자에게 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>

③ 건강보험공단은 법 제95조제1항에 따라 제2차 납부의무자의 연금보험료, 연체금, 체납처분비의 납부를 독촉할 때에는 납부 기한이 지난 후 20일 이내에 제2차 납부의무자에게 독촉장을 발부하여야 한다. <신설 2015.12.22>
