국민연금법 시행령 제85조(기금의 회계기관 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 기금의 출납 업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 기금수입징수관, 기금재무관, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원을 임명한다. 이 경우 임명 사실을 감사원장과 한국은행총재에게 각각 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

② 기금수입징수관과 기금재무관은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 계약과 수입ㆍ지출의 원인이 되는 행위 및 기금 수입금의 징수ㆍ결정에 관한 업무를 담당하며, 기금지출관과 기금출납공무원은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 수입 및 지출 업무를 담당한다.

③ 공단은 제76조에 따라 위탁받은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 업무를 처리하기 위하여 기금출납이사와 기금출납원을 두되, 기금출납이사는 법 제31조에 따른 기금이사가 되고, 기금출납원은 공단 직원 중에서 공단 이사장이 임명한 자가 된다. 이 경우 기금출납이사는 기금수입징수관 및 기금재무관의 업무를 수행하고, 기금출납원은 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2020.1.29>
