국민연금법 시행령 제87조(기금 운용 내용 등의 공시)

운용위원회의 위원장은 법 제107조제4항에 따라 매년 기금의 운용 내용 및 사용 내용을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 등록한 일반일간신문 1개 이상 및 경제 분야 특수일간신문 1개 이상에 각각 공시하거나 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공시해야 한다. 이 경우 운용위원회 위원장은 법 제104조제6항에 따라 실무평가위원회가 제출한 기금의 운용에 관한 평가 결과를 함께 공시해야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2020.11.24>
