국민연금법 제102조의2(건강보험공단에 출연)

① 보건복지부장관은 연금보험료 등의 징수에 소요되는 비용을 제103조에 따른 국민연금기금운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 기금에서 건강보험공단에 출연할 수 있다. 이 경우 출연금의 규모, 기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
