국민투표법 제103조(공무원의 재외투표사무 간섭죄)

① 공무원이 국민투표의 결과에 영향을 미치게 할 목적으로 재외국민투표관리위원회의 위원이나 공무원에게 재외투표사무 처리와 관련하여 부당한 영향력을 행사한 때에는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 600만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
