국민투표법 제72조(재외국민투표에 관한 특례)

① 동시실시에서 이 법과 「공직선거법」에 따른 재외투표소는 구분 없이 하나의 재외투표소로 설치ㆍ운영한다.

② 제1항에 따른 재외투표소에서 투표한 투표인(「공직선거법」에 따른 선거인을 포함한다)의 재외투표를 회송하는 경우에는 하나의 회송용 봉투를 사용할 수 있다.

③ 동시실시에서 재외국민투표 투표참관인은 제58조에도 불구하고 「공직선거법」 제218조의20에 따른 재외선거의 투표참관인이 겸임한다.

④ 동시실시에서 이 법과 「공직선거법」에 따른 재외투표소투표록과 재외선거관리록은 구분 없이 각각 하나의 재외투표소투표록과 재외선거관리록으로 작성할 수 있다.

⑤ 제4항에 따른 재외투표소투표록과 재외선거관리록의 명칭, 서식, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다.
