국세기본법 시행령 제20조(출자자의 제2차 납세의무의 적용 범위)

① 법 제39조 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 증권시장"이란 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 시행령」 제176조의9제1항에 따른 유가증권시장 및 대통령령 제24697호 자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 시행령 일부개정령 부칙 제8조에 따른 코스닥시장을 말한다. <신설 2021.2.17>
