국세기본법 시행령 제67조의2(기초자료의 제공)

① 법 제85조의6제7항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 시설"이란 해당 시설 외부에서 내부통신망 등에 접근ㆍ침입하는 것을 방지하기 위한 정보보호시스템 및 기초자료를 분석할 수 있는 설비 등을 갖춘 시설(이하 "국세통계센터"라 한다)을 말한다.

② 법 제85조의6제7항제5호에서 "「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 정부출연연구기관의 장 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 자를 말한다. <개정 2022.2.15>

③ 법 제85조의6제7항에 따른 기초자료의 제공에 관하여는 제67조제4항부터 제7항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "법 제85조의6제6항"은 "법 제85조의6제7항"으로, "「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」 제8조제1항에 따라 설립된 연구기관의 장(이하 "정부출연연구기관의 장"이라 한다)"은 "같은 항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자(이하 "정부출연연구기관등의 장"이라 한다)"로, "정부출연연구기관의 장"은 "정부출연연구기관등의 장"으로, "통계자료"는 "기초자료"로 본다. <개정 2021.2.17>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 국세통계센터의 이용방법 등 국세통계센터의 운영에 필요한 세부적인 사항은 국세청장이 정한다.
