국세기본법 제22조의3(경정 등의 효력)

① 세법에 따라 당초 확정된 세액을 증가시키는 경정(更正)은 당초 확정된 세액에 관한 이 법 또는 세법에서 규정하는 권리ㆍ의무관계에 영향을 미치지 아니한다.

② 세법에 따라 당초 확정된 세액을 감소시키는 경정은 그 경정으로 감소되는 세액 외의 세액에 관한 이 법 또는 세법에서 규정하는 권리ㆍ의무관계에 영향을 미치지 아니한다.
