국적법 시행령 제25조의2(신청 또는 신고의 방법ㆍ절차)

① 법 및 이 영에 따른 신청이나 신고는 본인(15세 이상인 경우로 한정한다)이 직접 하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제16조제1항에 따른 국적상실의 신고는 본인의 배우자 또는 4촌 이내의 친족이 대신할 수 있다.

② 법 제19조 또는 이 조 제1항 단서에 따라 법정대리인 등이 신청이나 신고를 대신할 때에는 신청서나 신고서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적고, 제2호에 따른 관계를 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
