국적법 시행령 제28조의4(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 회의는 법무부장관이 요청하거나 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 위원장이 소집하고, 위원장은 그 의장이 된다.

② 법 제23조제7항에 따른 분과위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 위원장이 분과위원회의 위원 중에서 지명한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 under언더 Article아터클 23 (7) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

③ 위원회는 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우 심의 사항과 관련하여 전문적인 지식이 있거나 경험이 풍부한 사람으로부터 의견을 들을 수 있다.

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 및 분과위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
