국회법 제124조(청원요지서의 작성과 회부)

① 의장은 청원을 접수하였을 때에는 청원요지서를 작성하여 인쇄하거나 전산망에 입력하는 방법으로 각 의원에게 배부하는 동시에 그 청원서를 소관 위원회에 회부하여 심사하게 한다.

② 청원요지서에는 청원자의 주소ㆍ성명, 청원의 요지, 소개 의원의 성명 또는 동의 국민의 수와 접수 연월일을 적는다. <개정 2019.4.16>
