국회법 제127조의2(감사원에 대한 감사 요구 등)

① 국회는 의결로 감사원에 대하여 「감사원법」에 따른 감사원의 직무 범위에 속하는 사항 중 사안을 특정하여 감사를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 감사원은 감사 요구를 받은 날부터 3개월 이내에 감사 결과를 국회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 감사원은 특별한 사유로 제1항에 따른 기간 내에 감사를 마치지 못하였을 때에는 중간보고를 하고 감사기간 연장을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 의장은 2개월의 범위에서 감사기간을 연장할 수 있다.
