국회법 제45조(예산결산특별위원회)

① 예산안, 기금운용계획안 및 결산(세입세출결산과 기금결산을 말한다. 이하 같다)을 심사하기 위하여 예산결산특별위원회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Budget버짓 and앤드 Accounts어카운츠 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 examine이그재민 budget버짓 bills,빌즈 draft드^r래^f프트 fund^f펀드 management매너지먼트 plans,플랜즈 and앤드 settlements세털먼츠 of어^v브 accounts어카운츠 (meaning미닝 settlements세털먼츠 of어^v브 revenue^r레^v버누 and앤드 expenditure익스펜더처 and앤드 settlements세털먼츠 of어^v브 funds;^f펀즈 the^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 hereinafter).히^r리내^f프터

② 예산결산특별위원회의 위원 수는 50명으로 한다. 이 경우 의장은 교섭단체 소속 의원 수의 비율과 상임위원회 위원 수의 비율에 따라 각 교섭단체 대표의원의 요청으로 위원을 선임한다.

③ 예산결산특별위원회 위원의 임기는 1년으로 한다. 다만, 국회의원 총선거 후 처음 선임된 위원의 임기는 선임된 날부터 개시하여 의원의 임기 개시 후 1년이 되는 날까지로 하며, 보임되거나 개선된 위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

④ 예산결산특별위원회의 위원장은 예산결산특별위원회의 위원 중에서 임시의장 선거의 예에 준하여 본회의에서 선거한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Budget버짓 and앤드 Accounts어카운츠 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 a어 plenary플레너^r리 session세션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 that^ð댓 Committee,커미티 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 procedure프^r러시저 for^f포 electing일렉팅 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 pro프^r로우 tempore.템포

⑤ 예산결산특별위원회에 대해서는 제44조제2항 및 제3항을 적용하지 아니한다.

(5) Article아터클 44 (2) and앤드 (3) shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Committee커미티 on안 Budget버짓 and앤드 Accounts.어카운츠

⑥ 예산결산특별위원회 위원장의 선거 및 임기 등과 위원의 선임에 관하여는 제41조제3항부터 제5항까지, 제48조제1항 후단 및 제2항을 준용한다.
