국회법 제66조(심사보고서의 제출)

① 위원회는 안건 심사를 마쳤을 때에는 심사 경과 및 결과, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 서면으로 의장에게 보고하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 보고서에는 소수의견의 요지 및 관련위원회의 의견요지를 적어야 한다.

③ 제1항의 안건이 예산상 또는 기금상의 조치를 수반하고 위원회에서 수정된 경우에는 제1항의 보고서에 그 안건의 시행에 수반될 것으로 예상되는 비용에 관하여 국회예산정책처가 작성한 추계서를 첨부하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우 위원회 의결로 추계서 첨부를 생략할 수 있다.

④ 의장은 제1항의 보고서가 제출되었을 때에는 본회의에서 의제가 되기 전에 인쇄하거나 전산망에 입력하는 방법으로 의원에게 배부한다. 다만, 긴급할 때에는 배부를 생략할 수 있다.
