국회법 제73조(의사정족수)

① 본회의는 재적의원 5분의 1 이상의 출석으로 개의한다.

② 의장은 제72조에 따른 개의시부터 1시간이 지날 때까지 제1항의 정족수에 미치지 못할 때에는 유회(流會)를 선포할 수 있다.

③ 회의 중 제1항의 정족수에 미치지 못할 때에는 의장은 회의의 중지 또는 산회를 선포한다. 다만, 의장은 교섭단체 대표의원이 의사정족수의 충족을 요청하는 경우 외에는 효율적인 의사진행을 위하여 회의를 계속할 수 있다.
