군형법 제60조(직무수행 중인 군인등에 대한 폭행, 협박 등)

Military Criminal Act, Article 60 (Violence or Intimidation against Members of the Armed Forces, etc. Performing Duties)

① 상관 또는 초병 외의 직무수행 중인 사람(군인 또는 제1조제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 한한다. 이하 "군인등"이라 한다)에게 폭행 또는 협박을 한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 처벌한다.
