근로기준법 시행령 제50조(보상을 받기로 확정된 자의 사망)

유족보상을 받기로 확정된 유족이 사망한 때에는 같은 순위자가 있는 경우에는 같은 순위자에게, 같은 순위자가 없는 경우에는 그 다음 순위자에게 유족보상을 한다.
