Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Labor Welfare, Article 27 (Buyback Price)

① 법 제45조제2항에 따라 비상장법인인 우리사주제도 실시회사가 우리사주를 취득하는 경우 그 주식의 가격, 가격 결정 시점 및 적용 기간 등 취득에 필요한 사항은 회사와 조합이 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2017.6.27>
