근로복지기본법 시행령 제28조(조합의 의결권 행사)

1. 7일 이상의 기간을 정하여 조합원으로부터 주주총회 의안에 대한 의사표시를 받거나 의결권 행사의 위임 요청 여부를 확인하여 해당 의결권을 행사하거나 조합원에게 해당 의결권을 위임할 것

2. 제1호에 따른 기간 동안 의사표시 또는 위임 요청이 없는 주식의 의결권은 해당 주주총회의 참석 주식 수에서 의사표시가 없거나 위임 요청이 없는 주식 수를 뺀 주식 수의 의결 내용에 영향을 미치지 아니하도록 행사할 것
