근로복지기본법 시행령 제30조(기금법인의 설립인가 신청 등)

① 법 제52조제5항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

② 고용노동부장관은 법 제52조제6항에 따라 기금법인의 설립을 인가한 경우에 다음 각 호의 사항을 기금법인 설립인가대장에 적고, 신청인에게 기금법인 설립인가증을 내주어야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

③ 기금법인 설립인가신청서는 접수일부터 20일 이내에 처리하여야 한다.

④ 제2항에 따른 기금법인 설립인가대장은 전자적 처리를 할 수 없는 특별한 사유가 있는 경우가 아니면 전자적 방법으로 작성ㆍ관리하여야 한다.
