근로복지기본법 시행령 제55조의4(공동기금법인의 기본재산의 사용)

법 제86조의6제2항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 범위"란 사업주 등이 법 제86조의2 및 제86조의7에 따라 해당 회계연도에 공동근로복지기금에 출연한 금액의 100분의 90 이내에서 법 제86조의4제1항에 따른 공동근로복지기금협의회(이하 "공동기금협의회"라 한다)가 정하는 범위를 말한다.
