근로복지기본법 시행령 제55조의6(준용)

공동근로복지기금에 관하여는 제30조부터 제44조까지, 제46조부터 제52조까지, 제53조제1항(법 제86조의9에 따른 재산처리로 한정한다), 제63조 및 제64조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "사내근로복지기금법인"은 "공동근로복지기금법인"으로, "기금법인설립준비위원회"는 "공동기금법인설립준비위원회"로, "준비위원회"는 "설립준비위원회"로, "사내근로복지기금"은 "공동근로복지기금"으로, "기금법인"은 "공동기금법인"으로, "사내근로복지기금협의회"는 "공동근로복지기금협의회"로, "복지기금협의회"는 "공동기금협의회"로, "법 제55조제2항"은 "법 제86조의4제2항"으로, "사내근로복지기금사업"은 "법 제62조제1항 각 호의 사업"으로 본다. <개정 2021.6.1>
