근로복지기본법 시행령 제63조(기금법인의 운영상황 보고)

① 법 제93조제1항제3호에 따라 기금법인은 해당 연도의 운영상황ㆍ결산서, 다음 연도 사업계획서(추정재무상태표와 손익계산서를 포함한다) 및 고용노동부장관이 정하는 사항을 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 관할 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2023.5.30>

② 제1항에 따라 기금법인의 운영상황 등을 보고받은 관할 지방고용노동관서의 장은 매 분기가 끝난 다음달 10일까지 고용노동부장관에게 그 내용을 보고하여야 한다.
