근로복지기본법 시행령 제64조(자료 제출의 요구 등)

① 법 제93조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 보고 또는 자료 제출의 요구는 문서로 하여야 한다.

② 법 제93조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 시정명령 또는 명령을 한 경우에는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 기간을 주되, 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 한 차례 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
