근로복지기본법 제35조(우리사주조합의 운영 등)

① 우리사주조합은 전체 우리사주조합원의 의사를 반영하여 민주적으로 운영되어야 한다.

② 다음 각 호의 사항은 우리사주조합원총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

③ 우리사주조합은 규약으로 우리사주조합원총회를 갈음할 대의원회를 둘 수 있다. 다만, 제2항제1호에 관한 사항은 반드시 우리사주조합원총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

④ 우리사주조합의 대표자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 우리사주조합원총회 또는 대의원회를 개최하여야 한다.

⑤ 우리사주조합의 대표자 등 임원과 대의원은 우리사주조합원의 직접ㆍ비밀ㆍ무기명 투표로 선출한다.

(5) Officers,오^f퍼서즈 such서치 as애즈 the^ð더 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 of어^v브 the^ð디 association,어소우시에이션 and앤드 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 direct,더^r렉트 secret,시크^r릿 and앤드 unsigned언사인드 ballot밸럿 of어^v브 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

⑥ 우리사주제도 실시회사와 우리사주조합은 우리사주조합에 대한 지원내용, 지원조건 등을 협의하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 우리사주제도 실시회사와 우리사주조합을 각각 대표하는 같은 수의 위원으로 우리사주운영위원회를 둘 수 있다.

⑦ 우리사주조합의 대표자는 우리사주조합원이 열람할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 장부와 서류를 작성하여 그 주된 사무소에 갖추어 두고, 이를 10년간 보존하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 장부와 서류를 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전자문서(이하 "전자문서"라 한다)로 작성ㆍ보관할 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.1>
