Framework Act on Labor Welfare, Article 43-2 (Loss-Compensation Transactions for Deposited Employee Stock)

① 우리사주조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 금융회사와 제43조에 따라 예탁된 우리사주의 손실보전 목적에 한정하여 대통령령으로 정하는 거래(이하 "손실보전거래"라 한다)를 할 수 있다.

② 우리사주조합이 손실보전거래를 하는 경우에는 우리사주제도 실시회사에서 이에 소요되는 비용을 지원할 수 있다.

③ 우리사주조합과 금융회사 간의 손실보전거래는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 경우에 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26>

1. 손실보전거래의 대상인 우리사주의 매도 또는 그 취득자금의 대출을 조건으로 하지 아니할 것
