근로복지기본법 제85조(발명ㆍ제안 등에 대한 보상)

사업주는 해당 사업의 근로자가 직무와 관련하여 발명 또는 제안하거나 새로운 지식ㆍ정보ㆍ기술을 개발하여 해당 사업의 생산성ㆍ매출액 등의 증가에 이바지한 경우 이에 따라 적절한 보상을 하도록 노력하여야 한다. 이 경우 구체적인 보상기준은 「근로자참여 및 협력증진에 관한 법률」에 따른 노사협의회 등을 통하여 정한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
