근로복지기본법 제86조의14(공동기금법인의 분할ㆍ분할합병)

① 공동기금법인은 참여 사업주 중 과반수 사업주의 사업의 분할ㆍ분할합병 등에 따라 분할 또는 분할합병을 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.8>
