Enforcement Decree of the Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 32-3 (Requirements for Specialized Institutions)

법 제32조제2항 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건을 갖춘 전문기관"이란 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 기관을 말한다.
