Enforcement Decree of the Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 9-2 (Composition, etc. of Reserve Investment Committees for Defined Benefit Retirement Pension Plans)

① 법 제18조의2제1항에 따른 적립금운용위원회(이하 이 조에서 "적립금운용위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이상 7명 이하의 위원으로 구성해야 한다.

④ 제3항에도 불구하고 적립금이 최소적립금에 미치지 못하는 경우에는 제3항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 해당하는 위원을 각각 1명 이상 포함해야 한다.

⑤ 적립금운용위원회의 회의는 연 1회 이상 개최해야 한다.

⑥ 적립금운용위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수가 소집을 요구하거나 적립금운용위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 소집하고, 위원장이 그 의장이 된다.
