Employee Retirement Benefit Security Act, Article 36 (Supervision of Retirement Pension Service Providers)

① 고용노동부장관은 퇴직연금사업자가 이 법을 위반하는 행위를 한 경우에는 기간을 정하여 그 위반의 시정을 명할 수 있다.

③ 금융위원회는 퇴직연금제도의 안정적 운영과 근로자의 수급권 보호를 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 업무에 관하여 퇴직연금사업자를 감독하고, 퇴직연금사업자가 제33조를 위반하는 경우 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다.
