Enforcement Decree of the Financial Consumer Protection Act, Article 31 (Financial Consumer Protection Standards)

① 법 제32조제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금융상품판매업자등"이란 법 제16조제2항에 따라 내부통제기준을 마련해야 하는 금융상품판매업자등을 말한다.

② 금융소비자보호기준에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
