금융소비자 보호에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(조정위원회의 회의)

① 조정위원회 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 법 제37조제1항에 따라 조정위원회의 회의를 구성하는 경우 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라야 한다. <개정 2023.8.1>

② 조정위원회는 법 제37조제1항에 따라 지명된 위원에게 회의 개최일 1주일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 문서로 알려야 한다. 다만, 위원장이 긴급하다고 인정하는 경우에는 회의 개최 전날까지 알릴 수 있다.

③ 조정위원회는 특별한 사유가 없는 한 당사자가 회의에 참석하여 진술을 할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 조정위원회의 회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 세부사항은 금융감독원장이 정한다. <신설 2023.8.1>
