Financial Consumer Protection Act, Article 35 (Withdrawal of Designation and Dismissal of Mediation Committee Members)

금융감독원장은 조정위원회 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원의 지명을 철회하거나 해당 위원의 위촉을 해제할 수 있다.
